Undergraduate Student Advising
All matters related to permanent keys, key box access, and card swipe access.
The College IT team has introduced a new TDX ticket system to manage most general IT support tasks, including but not limited to graduate student setups, basic hardware diagnostics, peripheral requests, poster printing, etc. This is the same system used by LSU's central IT help desk.
Alternatively, you can create a ticket by emailing csehelp@lsu.edu, and you may add attachments to the email if needed. Otherwise include a room number and any other relevant info about the request.
If you need help with central engineering IT systems, including PFT lecture hall and non-CSE-room systems, or if you’re not sure where else to go, email enghelp@lsu.edu.
Our purchasing coordinator, Stacie Oliver (soliver@lsu.edu) handles the bulk of procurement operations.
Software and digital resources, in particular, require a pre-approved IT100 form to accompany their purchase.
For software, computers, or other IT-related purchases, you may also consider contacting Ali Ghosn (aghosn2@lsu.edu).
Our department coordinator, Tina Randolph (trandolph@lsu.edu), handles the bulk of travel and general event coordination operations.
